Jess – I am, of course, very upset to learn that you are at a breaking point but I feel rising in me that urge to yell with enthusiasm “YES, YES, YES! She gets it!” I am, as you know, one of the many who worry about you before you do. I am so, soo relieved that you are making healthy changes for yourself. Because I love you babe and it is BEYOND time to make time to nuture YOU! xo
